Antica Quercia Verde is situated on a precious patch of terraced land facing south, giving our olive trees and saffron great exposure to the Tuscan Sun. Fortunately, for generations, this land has been up kept organically and we have never used any chemical fertilisers, herbicides or pesticides. For these reasons our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our Tuscan Sun Organic Saffron and the wild herbs that we collect are full of flavour and nutrients. We can proudly say that our EVOO is the best of the World having won Gold Award in the most prestigious competition worldwide for many consecutive years. Our limited production is sold to our guests and in the most selected gourmet delicatessen in the World. If you are here during the olive picking in October you are welcome to participate in the picking and join us to press the olives at the local frantoio (mill). Then together it’s always a joyful festa to taste the new oil with many bruschettas. All our produce has Organic Certification.
